With state-of-the-art storage facilities, FileBank can store any number of boxes or objects; whether it’s one box of personal documents, 100,000 boxes of vital business or medical records, or 100 artifacts–FileBank will retain it for years to come. FileBank keeps all items according to local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

FileBank will arrange and oversee all aspects of your document storage project. From collecting the archive material and securely placing it in boxes for storage to shredding and securely disposing of records that have surpassed their retention period, with the proper client and state approvals. FileBank also provides 1.2 cubic foot document storage boxes, with each box receiving a unique barcode for tracking purposes for the duration of the box’s retention.
